All these 3 licenses covers the broadcast usage in commercials, television, films, documentaries and multimedia on fair usage policy but does not covers public performances in any hotels & restaurants, theatres etc unless you buy an extended license. Please contact us if need more clarification on usage or if you need an extended usage license.
Please note that, copyrights still remain with Tunepond, you cannot resell or redistribute or include in a package or give away the product "as is" either in part or as whole. You can include the audio in your videos, presentations, advertisements or in any similar way as a final end product and such an inclusion may be sub-licensed to your clients for any fee.
INDIVIDUAL
An individual license is a non-exclusive license applicable for one person or a freelancer to use the purchased music in your projects. This grants you worldwide perpetual license, commercial usage rights and in unlimited number of projects without paying any additional fee. Cleared for monetization and is safe to use on Youtube, Facebook, Instagram or any other social media platform.
STUDIO
Studio license is a non-exclusive multi-seat license applicable for more than one person and up to a maximum of 10 persons, suitable for work teams or studios. Studio license covers all usage permissions of individual licenses including broadcast usage, cleared for monetization and is safe to use Youtube, Facebook, Instagram or any other social media platform.
EXTENDED
Extended license is a privileged and non-exclusive license for one premium user only. This license covers all usage permissions of individual license including broadcast usage and permits usage in public performances, cleared for monetization and is safe to use Youtube, Facebook, Instagram or any other social media platform.
